		<description>The extra hour of sleep is all I can say. Otherwise, I think it&#039;s silly. Then again, unless we&#039;re close to a solstice, we lose or gain between 6-8 minutes of &quot;daylight&quot; every day. So of course I think it&#039;s silly.</description>
